Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for purchasing original artwork from Senta Lauren Art. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully.
Eligibility for Returns:
This return policy applies only to original artwork purchased directly from Senta Lauren Art.
To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in its original condition, free from any damage or alterations that occurred after you received it.
All original packaging materials must be included in the return.
Return window
You have fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you receive the artwork to initiate a return.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact Us: Within the 14-day return window, please contact us at [Your Email Address] or [Your Phone Number] to notify us of your intent to return the artwork. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for packaging and shipping the artwork. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RA number.
- Packaging: Carefully repack the artwork in its original packaging materials. If the original packaging is not available, use high-quality packing materials to ensure the artwork is adequately protected during shipping. We recommend using a professional packing and shipping service for valuable artwork.
- Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and insurance. We strongly recommend insuring the artwork for its full purchase price. You must ship the artwork within 3 business days of receiving the RA number. Provide us with the tracking number once the artwork has been shipped.
- Shipping Address: Ship the artwork to the address provided with your RA number.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive the returned artwork and verify that it is in its original condition, we will process your refund within [Number, e.g., 7-10] business days.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exceptions:
- Damaged Artwork: If the artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) with photos of the damage to the artwork and the packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may involve a replacement, repair, or refund.
- Custom or Commissioned Artwork: Returns are generally not accepted for custom or commissioned artwork unless there is a significant defect or damage that occurred during shipping. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Important Notes:
- We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipping due to inadequate packaging.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return if the artwork is not in its original condition or if the return is not initiated within the 14-day return window.
- This return policy is subject to change without notice.
By purchasing artwork from Senta Lauren Art, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this return policy.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
